Matt asked Kate to be his girlfriend after San Jose Christmas in the Park. Matt and Kate both happened to celebrate Christmas in Solana Beach and met each other's families a few weeks into dating!

First Formal Together! Matt literally carried Kate through this dance since Kate was on crutches after tearing her meniscus the day before.

Matt came to visit Kate for the first time in Colorado, we went to Top Golf. They enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and Matt tried Costa Vida for the first time.

We ventured out during the Covid-19 Pandemic and saw some iconic Northern California sites like the Golden Gate and Big Sur!

Matt graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Accounting. Matt stayed local, living near campus and beginning work at Deloitte.

Celebrated 3 years together in Napa Valley, CA. We loved the sweet wines and stunning wineries. We visited Beringer winery, Castelo di Amorosa, and a favorite of Grammy & Papas called V Sattui!

Our last formal at Santa Clara! Matt joined Kate at every sorority dance. Kate graduated that Spring with a degree in Marketing. She moved home with her parents and sister, Ella in Colorado.

Kate & Matt started their careers and a new chapter in their relationship as they were long distance. With the help of remote work, they visited back and forth.

Continuing visits together and loving every moment. We visited Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Morrison. Here is a picture Matt took with his tripod at Red Rocks!

Kate moved to San Jose, and Matt continues working for Deloitte. Mass at Santa Clara Mission is a favorite!

After a few months together in San Jose, Matt pursued a new opportunity to work for TaylorMade Golf in Carlsbad, CA. We moved in on June 18th to our place in Carlsbad. We celebrated July 4th with Family in Solana Beach. We love going to the range, family dinners, Fidel's, and beach afternoons enjoying the sunset.

Kate & Matt flew out to Denver and celebrated Thanksgiving with the Padrnos Family. Headed up to Dillon before heading back to San Diego!

Matt proposed on their six-year anniversary at the beach they grew up visiting with a ring engraved with "The Best Is Yet To Come"!
